The Morgan Creek Farms vegetable CSA is a subscription to our farm, through which you will receive farm-fresh vegetables, all while supporting the farm and getting to learn more about and connect with your food! All vegetables are organically grown, without chemical pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or fertilizers, and crop rotation and cover cropping are the primary practices used for soil health improvement and disease and pest management. Everything is harvested either day of or day before you pick up for ultimate freshness and highest nutritional value—your veggies are guaranteed to be more flavorful and last up to three weeks in your fridge! This program is a really great way to support your local farm, be more connected to your food AND your farmer, to learn about where your food comes from and what goes into it, and to eat vegetables you will actually like!

The CSA will run for 22 weeks, from June 2 to October 27. You have the option to choose between a half-size or full-size share. Half shares pick up every other week, full shares pick up every week. Each share will include a mix of 6-9 vegetables. You can expect a wide variety of vegetables—some that you are familiar with, and some that are new to you!  You will also receive a weekly email newsletter with photos, recipes, farm stories, educational blurbs, and updates. And you’ll be the first to know about, and have access to, new product availability!

Pick-up days are Tuesday or Thursday from 4:30-7. You pick one; you’ll pick up on the same day each week (or every other week for half shares). We understand that schedules change and life happens, and are happy to be flexible on a given week with sufficient notice (at least 24 hours), but general consistency in pick-ups works best.
