• Bone-In Chops- 6 packs (12 chops total)
• Bone-In Shoulder Roast- 2 roasts, average 2-3 lbs. each
• Ground Pork- 3, 1 lb. packs, loose
• Hocks- 1 hock
• Scrapple- 2, 1 lb. packs
• Smoked Ham- 1 ham roast, average 7-8 lbs.
• Spare Ribs- 1 full rack
